Attorney Tiffany L. Pratt

Attorney Pratt is a competent and experienced attorney in the areas of bankruptcy, wills and probate, family law, and non-profit set ups. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from Southern Methodist University and later graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas.

 

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Pratt has assisted various and numerous clients with consumer bankruptcies, will drafting, probate of wills, divorces, custody issues, child support issues, with non-profit organization set-ups, and landlord and tenant issues. Ms. Pratt’s wide-ranging experience has provided her with various skills to efficiently analyze, address, and resolve complex legal problems.

 

Ms. Pratt is a native Texan, born in Dallas, Texas. She’s an active member of the community and is involved in various community service projects.

Attorney Betsy Thomas

Attorney Thomas is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in consumer bankruptcy law and family law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at the University of Texas at Austin and later graduated with her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.

 

Ms. Thomas has assisted various clients with consumer bankruptcy, adversary proceedings, contested and uncontested divorces, mediation proceedings, name changes, child support modifications, suits affecting the parent-child relationship, FDCPA violations, DTPA violations, landlord and tenant issues, and eviction suits.

 

Ms. Thomas is a member at Houston’s First Baptist Church and is actively involved in Upper Room Houston Bible Study. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys reading in her spare time.
